Update

Hey just letting you all know the lack of updates is due to my being busy with family all weekend. It's Canadian thanksgiving now lol. Not to mention midterms right after the weekend :( I'll be getting back to updating and reading all my comments after the weekend. Although if I fun the time I may do that tonight or tomorrow. I'll have to wait and see. Thanks for everybodues support and interest. I hope that will continue with each of the updates! Happy thanksgiving if your Canadian!

Stir Fry

Stir Fry With Chicken and Vegetables

4 chicken breast halves, boneless & skinless
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 large red bell pepper, cut into squares
1 medium red onion, cut in thin wedges
1 large broccoli spear, separated into florets
3/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 small can water chestnuts, drained
Cut chicken into cubes. Place the chicken in a bowl and add 1 teaspoon of the oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch. Toss to coat chicken. In a small bowl, combine broth, red pepper flakes and remaining soy sauce and cornstarch.
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes or until chicken is opaque. Transfer chicken to plate. Add remaining oil, pepper, onion, broccoli, garlic and stir fry until onion starts to wilt. Add water chestnuts and chicken. Add broth mixture and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring constantly until the vegetables are tender-crisp, the chicken is done and the sauce has thickened a bit.
Serve over hot cooked rice.

Dragon Age 2

The first game had an amazing story line and I enjoyed playing it quite a bit. This one should be even better. Bioware has always cranked out titles with amazing single player gameplay like the mass effect series, bioshock, and dragon age. I'm looking forward to it personally. Happy gaming until next time!

Bioshock Infinite

First game update on The Hungry Blog folks! feedback appreciated. This is the gameplay trailer for Bioshock Infinite. I personally have high expectations for this game based on the trailer. Stunning visuals and good looking gameplay. Interesting environment, not done before, interesting gameplay. Overall it should be good. I never actually played Bioshock 2. I played the first one and after seeing this I'll likely be picking up this one as well.
Happy gaming and eating!

Update

In class for the day again. Them after class I have to run to the ferry. Will likely update later tonight. Thinking of making another blog related to game reviews as well ad upcoming games and thoughts. Or I could combine it into this blog. Give some feedback on what idea you like better. Another update soon, see you then!
